How to Find Information

This week I resolve to:

1. Learn ten new words of vocabulary.

vocabulary
word	meaning
enter	(verb) come in
required	(adjective) necessary
medicine	(noun) substances used to treat disease
slippery	(adjective) a wet or oily surface
shake	(verb) move with short motions
recite	(verb) repeat from memory
explain	(verb) make clear
bag	(noun) a soft container
interesting	(adjective) exciting
boring	(boring) dull

2. Study the sentences for each word of vocabulary.

WORD	SENTENCE
enter	I entered the building through the front door.
required	A photo ID is required to enter the building.
medicine	The medicine was effective.
slippery	The rain made the road slippery.
shake	John shakes the drink with ice cubes.
recite	I recited a poem I had memorized.
explain	Explain to me how to form the regular past tense.
bag	The clerk put my groceries in a paper bag.
interesting	Sometimes English class in interesting.
boring	Sometimes the teacher is boring.
